SAGE LEAF CANCELLATION POLICY

 

It is the primary goal at Brick Canvas to provide an exceptional experience and outstanding service for each guest. There may be an occasion where a guest finds it necessary to cancel a reservation. If a reservation is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, the guest will not be charged a cancellation fee. 

It is the policy at Brick Canvas to charge 50% of the scheduled service when the cancellation is made with less than 24-hour notice. If you have cancelled three or more reservations with less than 24-hour notice,then the guest specialist will require future reservations to be paid in advance, and no refund given if reservation is canceled.

SAGE LEAF RETURN POLICY

 

Sage Leaf Salon & Spa products may be exchanged for other product or account credit within 15 days of purchase if the product is unopened, has not been used, and you have the original receipt. When a product exchange is made, you must pay the difference, if the new item costs more than the one being returned. If the new item costs less than the item returned, the difference will be applied to your account.

Dear Lizzie returns may only be made in the Dear Lizzie store in Highland, Utah – no exceptions. A receipt must accompany all returns. All Dear Lizzie returns are made at the complete discretion of Dear Lizzie management

 

THE LOFT

LOFT RESERVATIONS

To reserve The Loft we require a completed/signed contract and a 25% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable until 60 days prior to the event. At 60 days, when you continue your reservation, there is a second 25% payment due. Two weeks prior to the event the remaining 50% balance is due. We cannot hold dates without an official reservation. 

 

LOFT CANCELLATIONS

60+ days in advance: Deposit (25%) is fully refundable.

31+ days in advance: Amounts paid (50%) are not refundable.

30 days or less in advance: Non-refundable, any remaining balances will still be charged.
